name of hotel : Mercure Madrid Plaza de Espana
- status in Le Club : Gold
- date of stay : 06/2016
- which benefit(s) were not granted : All but voucher for a drink at the bar, although the bar was never open. Regarding the upgrade, I verified availability online.
- comments : towards the end I wonder if this hotel actually is an Accor property. There was no mention whatsoever of Le Club, not even a flyer with registration form like you can find in any Accor.
