When the Farelock was done, the Farelock is purchased. When you buy the ticket, the ticket is purchased. You do not get ticketed with Farelock - you simply are holding an itinerary at a guaranteed price.

You can Farelock a ticket, then purchase the ticket, and then cancel and refund within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket. For example, do a 7-day Farelock today, June 18 @ noon, buy the ticket 7 days later, June 25 at say, 11:30 a.m., then cancel and get a refund June 26 at 10:30am. Of course, you wouldn't get the Farelock cost back, but you'd get a refund for the ticket cost.
