In fact almost any competent travel agent can do so - you just need to send them to the
advice from BA here.
Also worth adding that whilst Avios availability is pretty sporadic, GUFs booked through a travel agent actually go into a much more freely available revenue bucket. Have a look at that link above for how this works. So I'd save them for when Avios availability is poor, and/or when (say) there's a WT+ sale and you can use them to buy I for the same price.
