Yes, Dar is not exactly around the corner but as Zambia is a land locked country the main transport is via the T2 road which goes from Lusaka to Dar.

Lusaka itself does not offer that much in terms of sights. This property is a nice getaway for those in the city or those travelling in the area. I'm not sure it would be a destination in its own right. For those stopping in Lusaka on their way to the Victoria Falls there are more conveniently located hotels in the city itself (Protea, Radisson, BW).
