Flying recently, I had booked a very early flight. Not really sure if it was due to price, or had other plans at the time. On the day before travel, I realized that I didn't have to be there til around 6PM for my function. I checked KVS throughout the day for same fare class availability, even to co-terminals - NOTHING available! I called a couple times, hoping an agent would find something that I didn't see. NOTHING!

I called one last time, just before midnight, and I got an incredibly happy-go-lucky agent on the line. He said - - -

Tomorrow is my birthday, and you're flying on my birthday, so, I'm gonna take care of you!

Anyway, he offered me a couple choices - NONE of which were available in "V" class! I took the 12:noon flight - slept in, and felt GREAT!

I gave him a "JWD" certificate number over the phone! I told him that, if for some reason the cert number didn't work, to call me back! He said - Oh, Mr Davetravels, I won't call you back. It was just my pleasure knowing I could take care of you!

Wow!
