Wow. This is my first time using the transfer miles service. I needed a few hundred miles to top off my account so I could get a free flight on Virgin America. I put in the request at 12:17am and then went to bed. At 8:51am when I woke up the miles were in my account. Couldn't believe how quick it was - and because of this my free flight was still there and available. Just lovely.
