I flew out of FCO last month and will confirm that the boarding process, bus transfer, etc., etc., was not up to the standard we would nominally expect.

I still don't get the signage for the boarding process. There was no sign for Delta One, yet it was boarded first as usual. Of course, to "board" means go through the boarding pass reader and then get on the bus and wait for about 50-60 other people.

The lounge was very pedestrian IMO.
