Yes, when I've invoked this then indeed the bookings go temporarily out of sync on the App - you have the same PNR and ticket number, a revalidated ticket on The Cloud and an old ticket and its associated boarding pass on your gizmo. Seen this several times. The options seem to be
(1) leave it alone a couple of hours, refresh the bookings and then refresh the boarding pass.
(2) log out of the app completely and go in again;
(2a) same thing, exit the app, but don't login, just use the PNR and download the boarding pass, then re-enter - this is best if you are in a hurry
(3) go to the BA Mobile site, don't log in but use the PNR reference - this isn't so much for the boarding pass but to access the booking, then email the boarding pass (etc).
