I arrived yesterday at PVG on UA835 from ORD at 2PM. We deplaned most unusually by bus and were dropped off right at the base of immigration and walked a few short steps to the queues. No one in line anywhere. Ghost town. Walked right up, went right through to baggage and bag came out in 2 minutes. Fastest time through PVG arrival ever in 10 years. There was not ONE OTHER FLIGHT arriving or going through immigration for the next hour. Very lucky I suppose but wonder what else may have been in play.
