As others have said, with 2 hours, you should be fine. The best advice is just to be prepared to have alternate options to spoon-feed the agent if you don't like the automatic re-booking they've done (or they haven't re-booked you automatically). I think what the cow does is print off a sheet, before he heads to the airport, with alternate routings that would work if he encounters IRROPs so that he has them easily available. I'll usually whip out my Surface with Google Flights and ExpertFlyer to find alternatives.
