When operated by non BA staff the negative comments continue, since ground handling agents - who may have worked for BA in the past - cannot see anything like the detail they used to see about customers and flights.
Ground handling staff outside of BA are probably adept at using several airline systems and are likely to compare systems. The BA Fly does not compare too highly. By far the number 1 complaint from staff using the system is that it is too damn slow, akin to going from highspeed internet to dial-up.
