Thanks for that explanation, it makes sense. I know EGC has a highly customised local system quite unlike any other I've seen. And yes, the lovely agents of T3 and T5 have been very forthcoming as to their views about FLY! All I can say is that LGW has been through this for several months now, and apart from occasional glitches the moaning has largely stopped there. When operated by non BA staff the negative comments continue, since ground handling agents - who may have worked for BA in the past - cannot see anything like the detail they used to see about customers and flights.
