Hey guys, really hoping I can get some help on this matter.

I am a gold member on BA (not sure if this makes a different for my situation). I want to cancel my business class RT ticket, but was told that since it is a non-refundable fare, I would only receive taxes back (basically $100 out of a fare of $3500). What's strange: my wife had a similar ticket (non-refundable, business class, same trip, but different dates/different confirmation number) and we were able to cancel it online for a full refund less $500 (change fee). I tried to do the same thing, but it asks me to input my info and basically process a refund for an unknown amount (not what my wife saw). Has anyone else experienced this? Am I SOL?

Do I have any options at my disposal (change flight with a change fee, upgrade to first and then cancel, etc.)? Thanks in advance for your responses.
