Mr. Rousseau's financial leadership in finding a way to pay for labour peace made this possible. These are the people who have given the airline a future and protected the jobs of the employees. Chairman Calin had the vision, but they made it happen. There is alot I dislike about AC and the way it is managed, but these people know what they are doing and are world class. The Unions deserve some credit too for understanding the situation and thinking long term.
