My
entire room in Dublin was about half the size of my bathroom at SRP. I wasn't complaining about it -- I'm well aware that it's not uncommon for European hotels to have some tiny rooms; fortunately, Plats rarely see these rooms. I was trying to convey that the cheerful "we've upgraded you to a very nice Classic Queen" was perhaps a less ideal wording than "we have one room available for you; it's small, but we can accommodate your early check-in request."

ps I had a look at the TA reviews, and none of them id the wifi as an issue.
Spoke to the front desk and had the router reset. That did not fix the issue. Not sure how it matters that TA reviews don't mention internet problems; knowing that 100 people had no problems there wouldn't have improved my connection.
