My entire room in Dublin was about half the size of my bathroom at SRP. I wasn't complaining about it -- I'm well aware that it's not uncommon for European hotels to have some tiny rooms; fortunately, Plats rarely see these rooms. I was trying to convey that the cheerful "we've upgraded you to a very nice Classic Queen" was perhaps a less ideal wording than "we have one room available for you; it's small, but we can accommodate your early check-in request."

Spoke to the front desk and had the router reset. That did not fix the issue. Not sure how it matters that TA reviews don't mention internet problems; knowing that 100 people had no problems there wouldn't have improved my connection.
