Follow-up on Ruby's Inn (Bryce Canyon)
I contacted the GM afterwards with the same reflections regarding my stay as the ones I made here. Never got a response (and it has been 2 weeks since I've sent my mail)

If the GM shows this kind of attitude towards his clients I'm not surprised the whole team lacks a positive customer attitude.
