I haven't flown in either of those seats (67a/b) in WT+, but I do remember looking at them and thinking I would not want to. There are the bathrooms that you mentioned, plus the curtain in the aisle that all the WT+ passengers will have to open (sometimes fumbling) to get to the toilets. Seat A might be ok, but B will probably not be. Around row 64 might be better. I was in 63/64 on a long haul and was comfortable there.
