I had previously searched to find whether the Citi Prestige card covered a moving truck from Penske and it seemed it did not. However, when I called Citi, the benefits specialist said that it DID include moving trucks. He said that as long as it has 4 wheels, it's covered.

Skeptical, I searched on the internet and found the new benefits guide which reads:

To take advantage of this benefit, the following conditions apply:
■ The rental period is no more than 31 consecutive days.
■ The rental car is a motor vehicle with at least four wheels
that is designed to be driven on public roads.
■ The rental car is:
- Damaged by an accident;
- Damaged by a natural disaster or vandalized; or
- Stolen.

Has anyone tried to use this benefit since it went into effect?
