I find that ANA has a program called Super Flyer Cards. Those cards come with Star Alliance Gold Status as complimentary. Besides, the credit card itself shows the SA gold status.

I think Chase could at least attach the golden status on its credit card as well. I am not suggesting the card should grant you golden status. If you are golden status, United could inform Chase so it would issue another card with the logo. I did a little photoshop as following.

I know substantially it doesn't make any difference. But personally I think this is cool.
