Four Seasons Scottsdale: Residence Club or regular hotel ?

I know I will be grilled there with my family in July. We have the option of either taking a regular casita hotel room or one bedroom suite or a one bedroom master suite of the adjacent FS Residence Club which is a lot larger (1000+sq.feet) in size compared to the casita rooms and one-bedroom suites. That is why I am tending towards the Residence Club.

How is the pool at the regular hotel?
I have not been there so far. How is the location of the residence club in relation to the hotel ?
Any view of the Troon North Golf Courses or Pinnacle Peak ?
Will there be different amenities ?
Does the hotel charge for self-parking of a car ? This is free at the Residence Club, just to give an example.

Thanks in advance for your replies.
