Yeah, I'm not sure what the big deal is either. It's not like they're actively trying to screw OP with the timing of the billing cycle. It just happens that way sometimes. I would never be cutting it that close needing points within 30 days or whatever. I just assume it'll take a couple months. As someone who apparently has experience with these types of things, I would expect OP to realize he should give himself a buffer.

Some people just need something to complain about though.
