Well, there are two ways of looking at it, the other is that they have made a conscious choice to make so many cost cuts to premium services over the last few years so that they can sell J/F at a very cheap price and still make a decent profit, actively targeting a very high load factor rather than fewer high margin passengers. I fear this is the business model that BA are pursuing in J and increasingly in F as well.
