well complain won't do much. We all know how things work in HK. As long as they can keep filling thei plane with people who accept that sort of sub standard service, nothing will change and will even keep cutting corners wherever they can.

But I agree with you, now that the MPC changed this way, I also don't see any point to fly CX.
