I've written several complaints as it had happened on redeye flight from SIN, all flights to and from MNL, if I wasn't a MPC member and lounge access I probably wouldn't flew with CX at all. When you compare a CX Y class fare, you can fly on J with HX, PR etc... Why should I bother anymore? Now they've changed to the tier point system, more reason for me not to fly with CX on regional flight. To add insult to injury, LCC flights probably have a better on time performance too.

Stop fixing something that's working, get rid of Ivan Chiu and give me back my proper CX/KA services!!
