Hey everyone,

I recently became a PM for the first time and had a question regarding RUCs. I understand that RUCs can be used any flight that I'd be already eligible for a complimentary upgrade...

From what I remember, I believe RUCs also count on Northern South America (excluding delta one) and other international destinations to mexico, caribbean, etc. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Now on to my question... is there a route, domestically or internationally, that'd allow me to use the RUC for upgrade to a flat bed seat that's not delta one? (perhaps to business elite? or on a partner airline?)

I'd appreciate general advice for the best of RUCs. Thanks in advance!
