Actually we found that the interiors go well together, they feel fresh and modern while the exterior comes from 1969 and can't hardly be changed now, but the location is awesome IMHO and service was memorable/wonderful.

Yes, the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel was in a previous life a Hyatt, but it's very different now as it was fully renovated recently to a high standard which actually befits the 21st century and the Jumeirah brand.
