I had six hours to fill in a couple weeks ago so tried a few lounges and the QF came out tops.

The QF lounge has a nice bar and some reasonably tasty fresh food. The desserts were good.

The CX lounges have champagne, but were somewhat crowded and the food was a bit stodgy in comparison.

I would avoid the QF lounge for a shower - the shower rooms were boiling hot.
