Glad to hear it's your favourite lounge! What are the factors that make it your favourite, bjorns?
Being a regular, the staff know me and some even know my breakfast order by heart.
It is generally quieter than other lounges and the food is better, as is the coffee and the bar staff are trained barmen/women.
What you have to remember, is that the CCR is a waitingroom, even though better than most.
It isn't perfect and at times there are service failures.
If something you've ordered isn't right, send it back and ask them to try again.
Remember, the food offering is better in the dining area, the rest of the lounge has a different menu.
