In the second quote, MPC is implying ticketing a single sector is possible. They are showing you how it's possible!

So could you elaborate a little more what your problem is? Because I don't actually understand! At least you can see the contradiction right?

Yes, exactly....it is the upgrade waitlist, not the upgrade itself, which is cancelled...in your earlier posts (see below) you implied the upgrade would be automatically cancelled...which was incorrect! I know I was thrown off, perhaps others were too. MPC is bad but they're usually not that bad. At least this makes sense to me now, so far MPC seems to be telling you some things which are indeed correct.
