I would like to note that Jazz does have cupholders.

They used to have those tray-retention clips that had the extra "hook" built in for jacket hanging.

But a comparison to J might be useful. AC has replaced the J hooks with these annoying indentations that require you to use the "made in italy" tag rather than actually hang the "neck" of the jacket properly. I don't think anyone at AC really has the upbringing to know this is sartorially tacky and incorrect. Also results in a lot of torn labels which then dangle out the neck if not fixed/ripped clean.

Might as well not have any hook/hanger-crease thing altogether.

Are their yields horrible? Maybe I should start looking at the data AC puts out... Oh wait, I really could give a crap about the herd flying industry... I outsource that headache to airlines by paying them to make it happen.

And I'd say pay more attention to your managerial economics/finance classes than intro to cost/managerial accounting for big picture decisions.
