So, that all makes sense to me. What doesn't make sense is that while revealing all sorts of other fees, the ticket receipt you see after the fact has no information about change fees. There's all sorts of random cruft in the stuff they send you and in the links available online. The fact that the change fees aren't included in that cruft seems squirrelly.

And I guess the answers to my other questions are: "They don't care, they don't have to."
