Time to post my yearly update! 6/10-6/12

Check In: Arrived at 10:30 PM on Friday. Same as in 2014 and 2015 I was told no upgrades available. Agent was pretty unhelpful and as always offered to "send up breakfast coupons later". I declined and asked her to write them out while I waited as the last couple years they never arrived. No Diamond recognition otherwise.

Room: My first time staying with a King instead of two Twins. Room was on the 9th Floor next to the closed lounge. Better than the rooms with two beds, but not by much. More space in the room, but still an absurdly tiny bathroom. Also, we had a ripped shower curtain and over half the TV channels didn't work.







Breakfast: Lounge is open 6-11 AM and 5-10 PM Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays Diamonds get a coupon for continental breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Continental breakfast is yogurt, fruit, cereal and breads. Upgrade to hot breakfast costs $7 and it gets you scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Service is really good in the restaurant.



Check Out: The agent was incredibly rude and unhelpful, in fact, all the front desk agents have that feeling that they hate customers. Oh well.

My rate was $106/night which was great, this hotel still isn't though.
