Do you mean upgraded one flight or segment. As far as I know, you can't upgrade a single segment on a reservation, so perhaps you upgraded all of them without knowing?
3 separate flights over the span of a week, not sure if that's considered a segment. Either way I only paid and was charged for 1 upgrade ($90).
Also, I don't have diamond or platinum status.
