When BA had the SOU-LBA route they used to fly a 19 seat plane. I recall being served a full English breakfast on the early plane to LBA. After they gave the route up it was taken on by a firm I do not recall the name of and the co-pilot, once cruise was reached, would come back and hand out coffee and tea from two thermos flasks. The seats used to be bench ones.
