Any idea about Tumi?
Tumi is only no matter what on older pieces. They killed that a few years ago.

With Red Oxx, you have to send it to Billings, but they work really quickly. As an example, I squeezed my damaged (by United) Sky Train into a $11 USPS Priority Mail flat rate box. One week to the day after I sent the bag in, they had returned it, fixed like new. Like B&R, they don't just repair the instant problem, they fully inspected the bag and replaced anything they saw that had any potentially troublesome damage. Red Oxx covers the return shipping.
