I assume that you want to spend a lot of time in the airport lounge rather than in bed! For a 10am flight I would leave the Shang at about 8am, not 6am!

The place you need really is the China Arts & Crafts shop, of which there is a branch in Pacific Place (adjacent to the Shang), but unfortunately, all of their branches open 10am - 7:30pm.

Late night (after 8pm) is going to be tricky. I guess the night market over in Temple Street Kowloon is a possibility (only 20 mins from the Shang on the MTR).

Are your prices in HK$ or US$?
