I usually fly CX from the USA, but I'm tempted to try out flying out of YVR on JAL (very good fares). I'm planning on flying out January 2017.

I've heard that the SS is somewhat narrow/ cramped on the 77W that flies out of LAX? However, I've sat on some angled lie-flats before (not on JAL though), and my only complaint is that it lacks privacy.

Would really appreciate input on these. Thanks!
