Agreed. To be fair, scam sellers had become experts in beating eBay's fraud busting efforts. One time a scammer mailed me what I assumed was a CD in a thin flat envelope and claimed that they had mailed me a hard drive. If they had done it only to me rather than to many people they would have gotten away with it.
