Hi,

Need to cancel some flights in September.

When I go to cancellation options, I get a screen which says;

"because you paid for these flights using Paypal we need you to login to Paypal first"

I then click continue, and the next screen doesn't log me into Paypal, it asks for the debit / credit card used to pay for the flights.

So i logged into Paypal history, looked at the card Paypal used, put that number in and the BA website says its the wrong number.

Has anyone had this and found a way around it?

I don't want to have to pay for them to do it on the phone
