Will position myself for a one-way award ticket to Japan from any of these cities. Which would you recommend?

LAX-KIX
SAN-NRT
YVR-NRT

Anything else I need to be aware of when picking among these routes? Lounge access, type of seat, meal service, etc.? Traveling with a companion.

This is for travel in April 2017...not sure any of these routes will have the latest SkySuite product on the 787 by then, so I think these would probably have the NEO seats.

I know the 777 operates LAX-NRT, but I've never been on a 787 and would like to try that instead.

Redeeming BA miles for these flights, but that shouldn't have any bearing on anything.
