When I read the first post I wondered how long it would be before this FT "classic response" came along. I guessed 3, so in this instance FT surpassed my expectations. No one can deny the truth of your statement of course, but the frequency with which it gets rolled out in respect of cabins other than economy can be quite depressing and shows quite how out-of-touch this board can be (and frequently is) with the reality of actually having a travel budget. This is not a criticism per se, but an observation. And one that like your post, has also been made many times before.
