Contact Delta or AMEX?
Morning everyone!
We just achieved the $25k spend on the Platinum Delta AMEX card for the MQD waiver and MQM boost of 10,000 MQMs.
The MQD tracker updated on 6/10, showing $25k+ in spend, and our medallion status has updated to the night highest level for this year and next.
However! The 10,000 bonus miles and MQMs still have not posted to the account. If they don't post by the middle of this week, should I be calling Delta directly or AMEX directly?
