A330, A340-500/600 have wi-fi (very expensive) and very good IFE. As you mention legroom, I presume this is Economy. The seats on those aircraft are pretty comfortable, with good options for seats with extra legroom.
On the A340-200/300... no wi-fi, no personal TVs, just a big screen at the front of the cabin!!!
Yes, it looks like mostly scheduled on the -500 in July but some dates on the -200. Best for mbeltran to check on the IB website for their particular dates.
I'd add that the new IB economy cabins are some of the best around for couples, since the 2-4-2 configuration on the A340 allows you to select a pair of seats to yourself. Much better than 3-3-3 or 3-4-3 on wider widebodies.
