The problem -- at least in my case, and perhaps yours as well, if
mkole's links are not now visible on your webpage -- is that there seems to be a "deadzone," in which the progress to cert is not visible. I would say about a week after I issued my plaint (quoted above), all the info (re)appeared on the site. So you might check my timing against your current situation.
