The OP is on his 1st trip to Tokyo. Definitely wouldnt recommend the Yokohama Sheraton. Its dated with small rooms.
While the Yokohama sheraton is right next to the train station with express services to Tokyo, it cant beat the Westin for direct JR Yamanote line access to the major tourist spots.
The Sheraton Miyako requires Metro transfers which adds costs and inconvenience to travel in Tokyo.
