I find this hotel to have some reasonable room rates in London. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and the executive lounge to be more than adequate in terms of seating and food choices. The location within a few minutes to Shepherd's Bush tube station and the mall is also rather convenient. Although I didn't get an upgrade during peak season as a HH Diamond, it wasn't a big deal.
