We've taken all your comments and ideas on board, and unless anyone objects we're going to settle for Nine Fine Irishmen at 3pm on August 25th.

I'll update the wiki with this - would appreciate it if you could do the same if this changes you from a maybe to a confirmed, or vice versa.
