You normally can not get into the best luxury in Vegas. It is not the FS or MO. There are people losing far more $ than a normal person would pay for luxury that get the best in Las Vegas. Number 6 has it exactly correct.

The high-end suites are pretty outrageous, they include features like a basketball court or bowling alley and can be more square footage than most houses. The "ordinary" rooms tend to be nothing special, so it all depends on your hotel category. As stated earlier the MO and FS are closest to being a normal luxury hotel, but if you are seeking world-class accommodation then Vegas is not the right city for that.
