Back again for another one night stay.

The good: upgraded to a "Jr Suite" without asking as a diamond. The room was OK, really just a separate seating area in a windowless room at the entry, then a normal hotel room setup with bath separating two rooms. Room condition and housekeeping was also good. Unless you need to be downtown for some reason the location is also very good (for Atlanta)

The not so good: Self-parking is $20 per night (charged separately from room), this does not include in-out so it can get expensive.

my room at the rear of the property (facing Juniper st) was loud due to facing the fire station. The curtains were also insufficient to keep the east facing room dark in the morning. (neither of these were issues when I stayed in a west facing room a few months ago)

The buffet breakfast was not as good as it was a few months ago. Quality was ok but selection was much more limited than a typical hyatt.

The decline of breakfast here means I will probably choose the Regency in the future unless I need to be in Midtown.
