I'm from Phila. originally so rarely need a hotel there. However, we went to a wedding a few years ago and got the special Rittenhouse rate. It was a very nice hotel but not worth the extra money. The FS doesn't have the location, but is a better value. Quikbook.com often has great deals at The Latham.. a small hotel off of Walnut at about 17th St. It's not in the luxury category but might come in handy for someone one day.
